Repetition and Reputation

A common request that comes up in the world advertising and marketing… “I’d like to change up our look… I’m tired of seeing the same thing. Aren’t people going to get bored?” My answer is usually nope! Why? Because consistency is key in branding as well as in business. All you need to do is change your mindset so understand the value in this.
Think about it… think of any major brand you know and love – Target, the GAP, eBay, apple, Disney, Jet Blue, etc… You can keep it fresh, but make sure it’s still your brand – your ad and message, the look and feel need to be the same across the board. Client experience, logo and name (identity), company culture – make sure they align so clients and prospective clients know what to expect. Dependability is comforting and trustworthy. Brands are like children – they thrive on consistency.

Unless your target audience is constantly changing, your advertising better be consistent. The most important aspect to concentrate on is your practice or medical spa’s perceived value, especially in our current economy. Just ask anyone who’s been successful through the ups and downs of business.
